WebIf it's something from Federal, Ruger, Armscor or the other "FBI spec" stuff there should be no blown primers. But when you get to the boutique 10mm stuff like Buffalo Bore or Underwood, that stuff is loaded way past SAAMI spec. I haven't used a 10mm where those primers weren't completely flattened and the primer indent blown back.
