Open the WillowInput.ini file within the config folder 4. Use ctrl+f and find ConsoleKey= and TypeKey= make them ConsoleKey=Tilde

So far, I've tried Reinstalling and rehexing with hex multitool, Verifying game and rehexing with hex multitool, delete ALL BL2 related files and download them again, manually hex-editing BL2.exe after reinstalling/verifyimh, changing the patch file name and running the patch in the "Press any key to continue." screen. WebMeant to add that I tried using the multitool as well as PythonSDK. Open BLCMM, File>Open>patch.txt, make sure everything looks correct, then save as a new file. I haven't used text mods in a while and don't remember if the name matters, but just in case name it as patch.txt and see if that helps. If it doesn't, then I don't know what else to try.
