WebAug 20, 2024 · I agree with the CPT codes, but I think that M95.8 would better suit the denuded cartilage, because after looking it up, it sounds like a chondral defect, which would be the dx for the microfracture. I would also code M24.672 for the debrided fibrosis to better support the extensive debridement code. I hope this helps!
