If you're brave & not worried about the original neck, you could try hand rubbing the neck edges with a very fine sandpaper. Of course this will take the gloss off, something like a "Roadworn" Strat.

They would be natural wilth the metal at a right angle to the fender at the bottom and start to taper about a third of the way up to a complete roll at about half way to the top of the wheel well.
